In class with Mrs Makin we did Rangoli editing on the computers, their where many different styles but i really think my one was so different that it was great. I used complementary colors and made sure my shape was symmetrical. The natural shape of the rangoli give it an apperance of a flower. This Rangoli was a lot of fun and i really enjoyed doing it. I hope that in the future i can improve my rangoli works. I think i could improve my work by using colours that more suit the shape of the Rangoli.

The patterns come from the centre of the piece. Each of the patterns are very different but they all make such beautiful patterns. The
5. Choose a favourite. What does it remind you of?…. be as imaginative as possible
My favourite Rangoli is the 2nd picture. It reminds me of a beautiful rare flower which maybe only found in India. I think the artist has used complementary colours this makes the colours flow. I believe that this flower would probably be found on the top of an ancient temple and maybe an significant part to the people traditions. It must have been very difficult to make but the Rangoli is almost perfectly symmetrical.
